The Excelsior Games calls the best youth lacrosse players to compete, rep their region & showcase their talents for a legendary 2-day lacrosse experience. The seven regions at the games includes: Nassau (LI) | Suffolk (LI) | Hudson Valley | Central | Adirondack | Western | ConnecticutÂ

Dates: Tuesday, July 1st & Wednesday, July 2nd, 2025
Grad Year Teams in Each Region:
2028, 2029, 2030, 2031, 2032 (Both Genders)

Practices: 8:00AM - 12:00PM
Games: 12:00PM - 8:00PM (2 Games Each Team)
Wednesday, July 2nd, 2025
Games: 8:00AM - 8:00PM (3 Games Each Team)
